QuickBooks Time Tracker: Access not allowed

When logging into qbtimetracker.com, the following error is returned: Access Not Allowed. Your Time Tracker status has been discontinued. If you feel this was done in error, please contact your QuickBooks administrator.
To resend the invitation e-mail:

  1. Click the Employee Menu
  2. Click Enter Time
  3. Click Edit Time Tracker Settings
  4. Select the Next button
  5. Locate the Time Trackers section
  6. Click the Edit button next to either Employees or Vendors (depending on the time tracker user receiving the error)
  7. Deselect the User receiving the error and select Done
  8. Click the Edit button next to either Employees or Vendors
  9. Reselect the User receiving the error and select Done
  10. Click on Save Changes
The user experiencing the error will need to have their login repaired by QuickBooks support staff.

Important: All online timesheet history will be lost after fixing the error. If there are pending timesheets, please download them prior to contacting QuickBooks support.
